For every certificate that it issues, Alceda Star S.A. creates a separate asset compartment  that is commercially independent and legally segregated  from Alceda Star S.A. assets- This process acts as an additional security measure and eliminates both issuer risk as well as any counterparty risk of our swap counterparties.
